You avoid blisters and pain with these insoles. These soft and flexible insoles are ideal if you wear a lot of heels or pumps, like to walk barefoot in your shoe or if, for example, you have just gotten new shoes. The insoles can be cut in sizes 35 - 40.
You attach them to your shoes by means of the self-adhesive adhesive strip on the back, inside the heel, so that they cannot move. Thanks to the non-slip material and the length of the heel protectors, your foot stays in the shoe and does not move. The insoles are 30cm long including the heel guard, the base is 25cm long, the cushion is 8.5cm wide and the base is 5cm wide.

How do I measure my feet?
Grab a piece of paper, a ruler, a pen, a wall, a friend and the feet you want to measure. All you have to do is follow the following steps. The best time to measure your feet is in the evening, as your feet tend to swell a little during the day.
Step 1 : Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Place your foot on the sheet of paper with the heel touching the wall. Stand straight and balanced on both feet.
