DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are shipped after your order from our logistics center. The average shipping time for each product is 1 to 2 days. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. The average shipping time will therefore be the longest product preparation time.

Types and delivery times:

Confort-Orthopédique delivers your orders in mainland France (including Corsica) , Belgium and Switzerland. Delivery will be made between 10 and 15 days maximum.

This may take longer depending on political events (covid19, postal strike, etc.)

If you are absent at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave a notice in your mailbox.

To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during daytime hours (your place of work for example), or to ensure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example).

• The delivery costs are 3.99 € for France standard home delivery.
